My Family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude and thankfulness for all that you and your team has done for us. As you may recall, in the original contract we were not scheduled to close until August 28th. You all really went above and beyond the call of duty to get us into our new home much sooner than anyone thought possible. I have had several horrific experiences in the past with lying, deceitful mortgage brokers who could not have cared less about me or my family. Because of these bad experiences, I was not excited about the idea of going through the loan process again, but you have restored my faith in your profession. We would be happy to use your services again and/or refer you to our family and friends.

What I thought was going to be a long, hard fought and stressful ordeal in securing a mortgage for the home we found, actually turned out to be a quick and “pain free” experience. I was ready for a three to six month process. Being self-employed I was expecting it. There was no doubt who I was going to use and that was Vanya. To make a long story short. In a little over a month from first filling out paperwork to signing the closing papers we were in our home.
